Documentation for a new SMSF can be delivered electronically online via the Annual Update Service or in traditional paper-based form.
The online service provides annual updates to SMSF governing rules in a convenient, cost effective, legally sound manner.
The fund trustee(s) and the fund adviser(s) have their own secure homepage.
New governing rules and PDS materials are available online every July along with tailored trustee resolutions adopting the new governing rules.
